"If ever I come back to Siem Reap, I will definitely be staying here. What a beautiful, boutique hotel that is close to all of the action in the city. It has everything you need and none of what you don’t. The staff - I have forgotten his name but the male front desk agent was my favourite. He was there all of the time. I think he did a back to back -twice whilst I was there. He was always in a good mood. Never a nasty or mean thing to say. He was alert and intuitive and welcoming to everyone!! The room was well appointed and very very comfortable. Their air condition was TOP NOTCH!! There are also so many restaurants, street food and night markets within a 5 minute walk as well. 5 stars!!!!"

"Wonderful staff! I asked where I could buy a needle & thread to repair my backpack & they had one of their staff machine-stitch it for free. Done in 30 minutes. Looked new. Just an example of how nice they all are. The hotel is conveniently located. A short walk to Pub Street. A block from the Siem Reap River. Has all the amenities. Two pools, bar, restaurants, spa, etc. Nice breakfast. They upgraded my room for free. Very spacious with cool air conditioning. I think it’s one of the finest hotels."

"This was our first trip to Cambodia, I felt genuinely welcomed when we arrived, the hotel staffs were sincere, the room was clean constantly. The hotel order breakfast was top notch, I ate one delicious dinner and got an excellent massage session in the hotel. I wish every hotel in the world learn from this hotel how to treat customers. A special thank to the sewing lady who repaired my torn backpack handle!"

"The hotel and amenities were adequate. Good safe location. The price matched the quality. We had 3 rooms and the AC in two of the rooms was very weak especially in the heat of April. The pool is fully exposed to the sun so the water was never cool and refreshing. The staff were helpful and the breakfast included with the room was very basic but adequate. The rooms were clean and they replaced your towels every day."
