Great location and service, price/quality relation very good for New York, especially if you need a place with a kitchenette for your stay. Minor grip: a can opener would have been useful.

Good size room and clean. A/C worked wonderfully as did blackout curtains. Bed and pillows comfy. Was worried about outside noise due to Times Square location but it was a non issue. Bell hops were friendly and timely with bags. Some small negatives: bathroom frosted glass door shines bright light into room at night (if not staying alone) and no fan; pretty noisy from neighbors and doors slamming (glad I had ear plugs); was surprised at check-in they needed multiple ids and cc swiped twice.

To start off, the location of this hotel is amazing! We only stayed one night but they upgraded our room to a king! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Would stay here again and recommend to others!
