We had a smooth and comfortable stay, Vanessa and the team was awesome, Vanessa is very professional and easy to communicate, she helped us from check in to check out, she even helped us with our luggages when we came early and secure it until check in in time. Room, linen and blankets are clean. I will definitely recommend it.

Breakfast buffet is really great.
The bidet in the bathroom did not work well despite a technician fixing it.
