"Room had a horrible smoke smell and was not as clean as advertised. The lamp shade was broken and there were stains all over the walls and in the bathroom. Dead bolt was also broken, which made me feel unsafe. I stayed 2 nights and they added an extra towel and took the trash out, but did not give extra soap and did the bare minimum. "Phyllis was a great host and very accommodating. Everything was so clean and she had goodies waiting for us when we arrived! Phyllis provided everything so we didn’t even need anything.
