Make your home away from home in this 828 sq. ft. 1 bed/1 bath apartment that is full of space, light and amenities. Our Garden Apartment just received a COMPLETE REMODEL and is only steps away from Lincoln Park & 12 blocks from the U.S. Capitol! The apartment has brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, fireplace, updated bathroom, walk-in-closet, along with an office for those working remotely. Other highlights include a private front porch, central air/heat & a washer/dryer.

Our Capitol Hill neighborhood is as walkable as it gets! Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more are just a short stroll from our apartment. Parking and metro access are a breeze, as well.

Ample street parking is available on our street (parking pass included) and multiple Metro Stations are also about a 10 or 15 min walk away too.

Place recycling items directly in the Blue Bin without a bag. Regular garbage should be bagged and placed in Green Bin. Both on front porch.
