We are nestled in the picturesque red rocks of Southern Utah. Our resort style area offers a lazy river, pool with a water slide, 2 spa pools, a splash pad, and 2 pickle ball courts. We are centrally located between all the attractions Southern Utah has to offer.

When you feel like heading into town, city centre St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Centre for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.

The home is fully furnished offering in unit laundry with a start pack of detergent and bathrooms stocked with overnight essentials. A two-car garage with EV charger, private driveway, and ample area guest parking for boats, RVs, and caravans will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please!

The open concept living space is a cosy place to relax after a day of adventure. The 65” smart TV will stream your favourite shows. The fibre speed wireless internet will support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage.

When you grow hungry, don't hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favourites or new dishes alike with ease utilising the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, toaster, electric hand mixer, and drip and Keurig coffee makers. Once everything is ready, gather around the 8-person dining table to savour the spread.

With seating for 8, comfortably watch the sunset over the red rocks from the privacy of our west facing patio. If you're lucky you may see a cottontail or jack rabbit beyond our fence.

This home is set-up for a family holiday with accommodation for all ages. The Pop-a-Shot in the garage will entertain kids (and adults) for hours. The loft offers a 65” smart TV, Xbox and games, a power reclining sectional that’s sure to fit all the guests. Curl up and watch your family’s favourite film or go head to head with a family game night! The bunkroom sleeps five with two twin over twin bunk beds and a chair that folds out into a twin size bed. Toys, books, and games will entertain family members of all ages. The area pickle ball courts are a great places for kids to get their wiggles out.

Unwind in the spacious master suite with a private bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The suite is equipped with a 50” smart TV, desk, and spacious walk-in closet. If you’re travelling with multiple families, there is a second king size master with en-suite bathroom upstairs for a second couple.

Our resort style area offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 storey water slide, a splash pad, two spa pools, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis.
