Great location, clean and cozy apartment. Pip and Cheryl are so helpful , we needed to stay an extra day and they bent over backward to accommodate us. We feel safe in their property and find many restaurants and stores to be nearby.

Great Find!

Great find in the Arlington area. Pip was very easy to communicate with and very flexible and understanding when it came to an early check in/late check out. The place was perfect for a weekend in the DC area and fully meets the description of the place. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Pictures are accurate! Wonderfully updated, clean and perfect location. Close to DC but neighborhood feel. Biked into DC a couple days to see some sites. Grocery & restaurants nearby. Nice quiet place to stay. Enjoyed the complimentary Keurig coffees! Highly recommend!

Clean place and Good hosts. Not an apartment though.

The characterization that it is an Apt is a bit misleading. This is a house with three floors. So you will hear footsteps and noises if you are not on top floor. Some might get upset due to that. Otherwise, this is a clean and compact place which can be good for a small family or group of friends. Hosts are good in communication. No issues there.

We had a great time visiting DC and really enjoyed our stay at this property! It had everything we could have asked for, including comfy beds, laundry, a nice kitchen, and easy access to other neighborhoods in Arlington and DC. We had a great stay overall. This is a quiet neighborhood with great walking and trails nearby, a quick (10-minute) drive to DC. Public transportation is steps away.The location needs a little care in the form of patching holes in walls, repairing toilet paper holders, and some minor cleaning.Overall this was a great stay.
