The front desk staff was great, room size was decent, valet staff was good, but everything else was poor. It’s unfortunate that I was not aware that the hotel was under renovation, otherwise, I would not have reserved at this hotel. The lobby was under heavy renovation and only 2 of the elevators are working, and on our first day, only 1 was working which caused a long wait times to go up and down the property. The renovation also caused a lot of dust and dirt not just in the front lobby, but also in the hallways and our room. Expedia has this as a 4 star hotel, but I think it’s just a 2 star because it really lacks even the most minor amenities. The tiles in our room are really old and the floor is just bare concrete, like the covering was ripped off of it. There was no soap for the sink, but just in the shower soap dispenser. I reserved for 4 people, but only got towels for 3. There was no complementary coffee nor coffee maker in the room either. The walls are also very thin as we can hear almost everyone passing by our room.
