The Space:
Your one bedroom, one bathroom English basement in Capitol Hill is great for small groups of four on business trips and weekend stays. With a mix of convenience and privacy, you will be less than a ten minute walk from incredible local restaurants including Lydia On H, where Malawan cusine warms hearts and fills bellies.
- Living area: Watch your favorite movies on the mounted DC, or exchange stories at the dining room table, perfect for making memories. The couch folds out into a sleeper sofa, accommodating two additional people.
- Front patio: Your front patio is a secluded spot to absorb daily life in this quiet neighborhood, slowing down time in your corner of tranquility.
- Kitchen: Compact and fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts, has everything you need to create your favorite meals.
- Bedroom: Furnished with a queen bed, extra clothing storage, and a work area. Sink into the high-quality linens for a restful stay. The room has a full-length mirror, a desk with a rolling work chair, end tables, lamps, and additional storage for your clothes.
- Sunroom: A south facing sunroom and study area off the bedroom to enjoy quiet reading time.
- Bathroom: Bright and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. A full sized tub, shower, toilet and sink with additional storage. This home is stocked with our preferred Lather products for your convenience.
- Laundry: The stacked washer and dryer is located in the bathroom so you can spend more time exploring the city.
- Parking: There is one visitor street parking pass available for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance to reserve the pass.

- We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
- The back patio is exclusively for residents in the upper unit. You are welcome to use the front patio.
- This gorgeous home was built in 1914 and also has residents in the upper unit, therefor you may hear some noise from the upstairs tenants.
