Last minute stay after flight cancellation. Friendly staff, kitchen open late and a convenient shuttle to the airport.

Great value and nice amenities. Metro stop nearby for easy access around town. However, Hotel should consider providing complimentary shuttle service to and from stop. Airport shuttle was prompt and staff is friendly. Wish they had microwave inside each room. There is only one available for use all the way in the lobby for the hotel.

Our visit, though overnight, gave us a convenient place to sleep after a trip abroad. The hotel was relaxing and accomodating. Breakfast and hotel staff were very pleasant and the room was spacious, clean and quiet. We will be back.

Nice clean hotel, staff were professional and pleasant comfy bed, dinning room for four, love the private spaces within the room and a nice shower experience too. Any complaints I have (just one) I’ll address with the management, it’s not due to the property conditions or the hotel staffs.

Overall it was a good experience. The only issue was when I checked in they never explained that for breakfast I had to have a voucher (which I paid in advanced when booking) and almost had to pay for breakfast again. They need to tell guest how it works. Also they charge you a $5 fee when they take your credit card for the deposit and they don't say anything that they charge you for that. Most of the night were quiet except one night that we could hear the other guests running and screaming in the hallway/room. But overall good experience, metro station is a 12-15 minute walk, you have a grocery store across the street and one of the busses has a stop right across the street from the hotel. .

Overall the room and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good and worth the added expense for the convenience. Parking seemed unreasonable at $32 per day but maybe that's common for this area? I'm just not used to paying it plus we had 2 vehicles with us and parking was exremely tight in the parking garage for a truck or SUV. Very nice rooms and overall good value.

This was the best bed, linens, pillow, room temp, combo I have had in several years staying in a variety of hotels. One of my best night's of sleep in years in a hotel. I am coming back for future stays in the DC area.

I visit about three times a year and I love this property and the staff. The suites are spacious but cozy, clean, and I haven't had a room without a great view. The property is quiet but walkable to the park, playground, grocery, and there's public transportation close. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I've called the front desk with special requests and issues, and they always do their best. The only criticisms I have are related to the decor and amenities. The decor used to be very warm and cozy, but after the pandemic it was updated for a very modern, sharp-edged style that I like less. Years ago there was a pool and that was awesome, but it's no longer there. And I miss the microwaves which also disappeared after covid. But I've been to plenty of other local accommodations and this one's still my favorite.

Dont stay here if you need flexibility
Due to flooding at our home making roads impassable we had to leave 1 day early. I mentioned this at checkin and they were very polite. When i asked them to not charge me for that night they refused without explanation. Hotels.com staff also requested this and were denied. As a frequent traveler i have gad to change plans iften and know that refunds can be issued at the managers discretion

They never had the correct number of towels, I paid extra for more people. I had to go get more towels each day for a week. Otherwise, excellent!
