Close to being a very cool gem, but falls short in some critical areas. Rooms are noisy, front desk doesn't answer the phone, the towels were ragged/torn, there's no closet, no ironing board & iron and no coffeemaker in the room. Worst, they had a card in the room reminding you of breakfast being included - only to find out after an incredibly slow served breakfast that it is not included.

Before I talk about the positives, the major negative to this hotel is that there is a rooftop bar on the fifth floor. Loud music was super inconvenient and was playing until at least 1:30 AM. I was staying on the fourth floor on a Saturday night. Perhaps on a different floor on a different night it might not be as bad. But just understand that staying there may be a risk. Another negative is the parking. There is no free on site parking. I think they said there were two areas to park, at a rate of maybe $30 or $45 per night. Free street parking is located one street over. Maybe a three minute walk or so. There may have even been a parking garage nearby, but I’m not sure if the cost of that. On the positive side, hotel was very nice. It has a very cool design. I stayed in a basic single room. I only stayed for one night, but it had everything I needed. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. The staff also seemed very nice. Personally, I would not stay here again, just due to the rooftop bar.

I am not really sure this is a legitimate hotel. The space was clean but provided the bare minimum. The rooms advertised as ‘Queen’ are a scam, these beds were just doubles. Walls are thin and the room has a strange setup. It’s a good option if you just need a place to sleep.

Hotel itself was actually quite cool. But the parking situation is an absolute joke. Their "parking" offering is an absolute joke. A 40 car lot that's always full, poorly designed, and cost $45 a night if you're lucky enough to find a spot. Otherwise, it's free street parking, which is always full. We ended up over 3 blocks away, fortunately, during the day and decent weather otherwise we'd have been even more angry. Front desk was unapologetic and meh about the whole situation. Basically told us to deal with it. We eventually found out from a local that the Hampton next door has a much bigger parking deck that can actually accommodate their guests, so I'd recommend staying there if you have to stay in this area, which isn't terrible, but not one you'll probably want to walk several blocks through, particularly if it's at night or if the weather is as crappy as the parking situation.
