Rand House - near riverfront, wineries & Purina Farms

  • Soak in the charm of this cozy brick charmer in downtown WashMO! The home is ready for you to unwind and relax. The living room includes a smart tv so you can sign in to all your accounts, netflix, hulu, etc. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal. You can enjoy it in the dining room or at the outdoor patio table. The master bedroom is on the main floor and includes a queen bed as well as a trundle day bed that can be pulled out to include two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with tub & tiled shower on the main floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with queen beds. The upstairs also includes a large bathroom with tiled shower. Out back there is a fully fenced yard - perfect for games, pets, grilling, or just hanging out! The home is on a quiet street, just a few minutes from the riverfront, walking distance to all downtown shops & restaurants, and a quick drive or shuttle trip to Augusta wine country. Bring your family & friends and enjoy beautiful Washington at the Rand house!
