This property was picturesque and nostalgic for me. Clean and had everything we needed for our weekend. Next time we travel here, I will hope to rent this property again!
This place felt just like home while we were there. It was comfortable. It was very clean and had everything we needed. And most of all it was quiet and we got to see the stars. Thanks for a good time. Will recommend to friends and family and look forward to coming back. Thanks.
This is a great and roomy 3 bedroom home. I enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the morning drinking coffee. The owner Sue is very kind, responsive, and attentive.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Simple rules: Don't rearrange furniture, put trash in outside bin, & lock-up when leaving.
Not bombarded with "do this," "don't do that" signs.
No hidden fees. No surprises.
Self check-in & check-out.
Lots of room. Very comfortable.
Good shower.
Very reasonable price.
Pretty rural farming area.
This was our best experience with a short-term rental.
This was a great place to relax and enjoy spending time with my family. The house and yard are very spacious and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying there. Sue is a great host.
We enjoyed the full kitchen, fire pit area, and additional family games. The three rooms were nice, clean and organized, and the bathrooms were spacious. We liked the additional amenities of granola bars, coffee pods, and full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner to use. Check in and out was clear, low house rules, and no hidden fees. It was very much a pleasure to spend time with family at this B&B.
My nephew was getting married at The Gin at Hidalgo Falls and we were looking for a place that would be close to the venue. This home was just 10 minutes away and was absolutely amazing. Sue, the owner was SO easy to work with and helped us with anything we needed. The home was very spacious and clean. There were 6 of us staying there and we had plenty of room. The view was unbelievable and the home was just very peaceful. We also found time to go to the lavender farm (just 10 min away) and the Washington on the Brazos state park which was just a mile away. Both of these were a lot of fun too. So, if you are going to be in the Washington, Navasota, or Brenham area, you need to stay at the Flying V ranch. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
