"The unusual thing about the River Inn is literally every employee, front desk, bellman, food service & room cleaning go out of their way to be friendly and extremely helpful. Even the small things, heading toward the elevator? They push the call button. Need hot water? Here it is. Need a recommendation? They ask a couple of questions and you get all the details. Heading for the door? Anybody in the vicinity opens it. Don't see this as consistently at the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton!"

"Fantastic hotel, and very friendly lobby staff. The room was spacious with a nice layout. The view from the 9th floor was nice too. The only real concern we had was with housekeeping. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom when we checked in. I requested three from the front desk and they arrived promptly.
