Simply awesome

The place to stay if you want to fully enjoy Washington! Excellent location, all conforts apartment, good bed, great shower. If I may, a full-size mirror would really make it perfect. Very strongly recommended!!!

A Great Trip to DC

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent as they were very responsive to any questions I had. The neighborhood was very safe and close to many restaurants and the metro. The only downside was that it was noisy at night as it was a busy neighborhood.I would suggest wearing earplugs while sleeping. The condo was also small, but that was described accurately in the listing. The bed was very comfortable and the Internet and everything worked well.

The property is on a busy corner so there is a lot of street noise. The apartment is clean and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately the couch is soiled as is the worn bedroom rug.

Cannot beat the location of this property. Restaurants nearby were great. Most major attractions are a short uber ride. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. Wish I’d known it was second floor as I have back trouble and mobility issues. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Neat apartment, great location

Modern and very clean apartment with all you need for your stay. The location is great with lots of nice restaurants and shops around Kalorama and Dupont. I stayed for two weeks while searching for a new home. I had to extend my lease a couple of times and the owners were very flexible, helpful and quick to answer any questions. The street is quite busy and noisy, but it didn’t bother me that much.

As described, good location, easy check-in, good communication from hosts. A couple of recommendations and comments: The bed linens were poor. A single waffle weave blanket with holes, thin sheets, bad pillows. There was no bathmat. The bathroom is all marble, it can be slick. The couch is stained, just feels a bit unclean.

Great location, clean, renovated apartment

It was the perfect apartment for us. Beautiful area, walking distance to restaurants, drugstore and Embassy row. Owner was available by phone when we needed him. Bed was firm but comfortable. We found nice high end grocery store a , Dawson’s at 20 th and S street. An information guide showing local groceries, restaurants and operational information for the tv and other appliances would be helpful.
