Yotel is located in a great location, within walking distance to Union station and the Capital. My room was to have a city view but my room faced the back of some buildings no view of the city. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The rain shower was not what was expected as it only was a type of shower head. Overall a friendly staff and good stay

The staff at the pool, specifically the bartenders, mainly the female bartender was rude and disrespectful. The service was poor. I'd hate to say my race, but maybe was cause for discrimination?? I definitely did not feel welcomed, was absolutely disregarded and unattended, even when I asked to be helped. I will not be returning or recommending this to any of my friends and family.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. Some guests were loud, but the front office staff promptly addressed the issue and were very helpful. However, the area just a block away was quite sketchy.
