"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Incredibly clean and quiet, and all around amazing. My only complaint is that the "bouncer" for the speakeasy was rude. He at one point told the lady next to me that we needed to "calm down" because we were laughing. It was saint Patrick's day weekend and the other guests in there were louder than we were, we just happened to be sitting near the doors. He also practically shoved me out of my seat when new customers came in and I was trying to say goodnight to a friend. "

"This is a very clean beautiful hotel! Very nice ! Highly recommend! Also casino being attached was such a resort feel! "

"Poor facilities and poor maintenance "

"Ok at best, both elevators broke down while I was there for the whole day. Staff didn’t really care. Overall needs updates throughout. Had a gap in my window that let a huge hornet in. Gym was really nice! Typical 3 star stay. Meh. "

"Their “snack” and drink selection was subpar. If you don’t want to cross the river into downtown be sure to provide many of your own snacks and drinks as there aren’t any options around the hotel, and the hotel knows that and charges premium pricing. The rooms are clean, a bit out dated but clean nonetheless. The staff were always helpful, and friendly. There was someone who seemed to be training as she was unfamiliar with anything going on but was still very kind and pleasurable to deal with. The property states on here that a member of the staff enter every room at least once every 24 hours. We spent two days and never had anyone come to our room. Which is fine, unless you run out of something and need to go down and request something. Overall, a great stay, will be staying again in the future Let’s Go Bucs!"
