My only complaint was the flashing light in the room. Other than that, the night staff was amazing and the morning staff was friendly enough.

I wish I could remember the girls’ names that assisted me with my check-in they were so awesome and friendly. My entire stay here was very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely try to stay here when I return in the future. The rooms were very clean and smelled new. The parking was very convenient and easy, just remember that this is an extra fee but the convenience of it was well worth it in my opinion.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend.. we paid $33 each night to use their parking garage which is the only option and our car was stolen from their lot. We were told there wasn’t any cameras and they did absolutely nothing about the crime/inconvenience. We took the hotel shuttle to the airport to rent a car, the driver told us that many others have experienced their cars being broken into & stolen. They don’t have any type of security, they don’t care about you, your safety or your things. So if you value any of that DO NOT STAY HERE. God forbid what else could happen to anyone else because of their negligence.

Abimael, in all the years that this hotel has been on this site, over 50 years, there has never been a car theft, or a related issue. However, we have had a couple of very recent problems. We are certain that your case was reported to the insurance company, in spite of the signage posted throughout the garage, “User Assumes All Risks”. We are in an urban setting which creates unique challenges; however, the staff conducts a variety of random walk-throughs throughout the day and night. We are presently looking into a new garage arm system due to this very recent issue. Please do not believe that we are doing nothing about the situation, nor what the driver stated about this happening to “many others” as it has not. We do sincerely care about all of our customers and are taking proper measures. Please do reach out directly, if you have any additional questions or concerns.

The property is within walking distance of the Crystal City metro stop. There are ample dining facilities in the area. We were on the 4th floor and heard no noise at all. Clean room, comfortable accommodations. Polite staff. Exactly what one would want.

We had an overnight layover. The next day, our flight was cancelled so we had to stay another night. We were happy to be "stuck" there because of was such a comfortable room!

This was our second check-in at this hotel in a week. I'll submit a review on the first check-in shortly. This one went more smoothly. The attendant was very nice and we managed to get through quite quickly compared to our first check-in experience a week earlier. We did find it odd that in the middle of a check-in process, the attendant had to take a customer's call which sometimes went on for several minutes. Two attendants would have helped. It was also disappointing that we had to pay for a cab for a second time because our flight was delayed by a half hour and they stopped shuttle service at 12 midnight (extra frustrating because we also missed the morning shuttle by a half-hour in our first visit necessitating a $54 cab ride for 6 of us!). It would be nice if they would extend the hours to 4AM and 12:30AM given how many flights arrive and depart at the Regan Airport and how early passengers need to show up these days. It was also frustrating on both trips when I asked about the several water bottles on the counter behind the check-in desk if we could have one, to be told they are reserved for "special guests". Not sure what level of superiority one would need to reach to receive $1 water bottle but I guess the hundreds of dollars we spent in two rooms over two nights doesn't count. Very disappointing... One definite bright spot was our breakfast server, Bethlehem. She was amazing and got us on the 7:30AM shuttle on top. Wonderful service and kindness!

Ms Pat made our stay so pleasant from the time we arrived to check in. To me, check in usually tells you how the stay is going to be. She was so kind, courteous and helpful. All in all it was an enjoyable stay. You do hear some noise from the corridor but nothing unbearable or out of the norm.

Checking in was a real hassle due to their system being down since the prior night(as told by the front desk attendees) . I checked in 2 hours behind my arrival. The Digital Key didn’t work. There was a strange stain on the curtains. Towards the end of my stay, we experienced 3 power outages with no explanation. The sink became clogged and had to wait 20 minutes for it to drain. There had to be plumbing issue because you could hear the pipes rattling when other guests took showers.

My airport transportation driver allowed a homeless man “catch a ride” on our shuttle at night and I was the only other person on the shuttle. I was incredibly uncomfortable and will not book with this hotel again. This should not be allowed.

Whenever the hotel receives calls for airport pick-up, questions are asked verifying if it’s someone coming to our property and which airline they arrived on so they can be directed where to be picked up. Our employees use their better judgment for safety as we do not provide transportation to the homeless and cannot stereotype based on appearance or refuse service unless it’s evident that they’re of concern or pose a safety threat. I’ve stayed here a few times. And I’ve enjoyed my stay each time. I really like the location of the hotel. It’s really nice to me. I was able to walk to a 711, a 24 diner, a cool sports pub and a CVS. It doesn’t have all the extra amenities but I’ll take the location, quiet, clean and safe over those things.

Room was nice and spacious. Would have liked a tv channel guide. No hot water for morning shower was disappointing.
