Staff was responsive once we let them know of minor issues. Great location for eating and walking to the White House and other sites. Apartment accommodated all five of us easily with comfort.

Physical check in was very easy. The rooms were good. The pre-check in was very discouraging. We won’t be using this property again. They violated ADA and required paperwork that was against federal law. I am very concerned I will be charged. We will see.

Good Sized Clean Apartment in Great Location!

The location was fantastic! Within walking distance to all the attractions. Right across the street from the White House. Good size apartment with full kitchen. It was clean, but bring your own blankets, some pillows have feathers for those with allergies. The Concierge is not very helpful like the front desk attendant at a hotel.

This is an excellent location. One block from the White House! The apartment is in a beautiful building with Cheesecake Factory next door. There is a coffee shop connected to the lobby which is charming. I would recommend this lodging!

This was our first time staying at this location, but it will not be our last. It was absolutely perfect in every way. It is safe and secured, with a locking door that you can only gain entry with a fob. There is always a friendly concierge at the desk. The lobby area was pristinely clean and quiet. Our apartment was clean and organized. Fully functional with all of the amenities of home. This is walkable distance from all of the monuments, The White House, and Arlington if you are sight seers like we are. The Cheesecake Factory is right next door! CVS is around the block. It really is a perfect location. I cannot attest to parking because we did not utilize that area. Easy pickup location for Uber as well.

Great place to stay in downtown DC

I was there on busines for 3 days. The stay was excellent, and a good value. My only complaint was that I would have liked an office-type since I was working on my computer for many hours, and I would have liked a larger intro pack of coffee.
