Excellent location. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms and public areas. Comfy beds and excellent shower. Staff were all fabulous from the excellent and helpful valet staff to the front desk staff and the breakfast staff and housekeeping. I highly recommend! One of the elevator was out of service one day which made logistics around breakfast time challenging. Luckily the elevators are very very large and easily fit 10 people. They had it fixed later that day! Also like the adjoining Irish Pub...also great staff and food.

The property is conveniently located, with ease of Metro use to and from the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean.

We came back to our room and the toilet was over flowing. They had maintenance up in about 5 minutes and fixed it and cleaned up the area. This was around 10pm. Will definitely be going back.

There was a parking charge or $52 per day whether you checked out early or bot. Besides that, there was some additional charges that came to $38 per night. So overall, we ended up paying $90 per night over our booking rate. Expedia never mentioned these rates

I liked the staff. Very friendly and cooperative as I asked for a couple things such as public restroom, napkins/forks, water. The hotel is situated in Chinatown. You can find a lot of Chinatown eats really close to the hotel. Capital One Arena is within a 4 min walk. That services you to the arena and other pre/post game bars in the area. There is a parking garage connected to the building/on the block within a 30 second walk. We used that parking garage to park our vehicle for the night instead of the valet service the hotel offered, because it was cheaper and self-park. The room itself was spacious enough to hold 4 tall adults. Probably could have had a more spacious setting, but it made do for only 1 night. Shower did not drain often, as it clogged up during most our showers. Refrigerator was not cold as we first entered the room. It was a big mystery to find out if it was even plugged in, because that's how warm it was. Turns out it was plugged in, so refrigerator is cheap and useless for the most part. Breakfast buffet included as part of our stay. I believe the breakfast buffet is only available during the weekdays. 6:30AM - 9:30AM Served egg cheese, bacon, quiche, over done hard boiled eggs, cereal, tea, juices, coffee, bagels, waffles, water, yogurt, muffins. It was crowded at 8AM when I got breakfast. Rating: 3.5/5 Overall, it was a pleasant stay for my group of 4. I appreciate the warm welcoming at the lobby door.

Located in China town. Great breakfast, ice water and coffee available in the lobby. The area is ok, but some of the restaurants don’t look appealing. The Irish pub is very average.

The hotel was nice and comfortable vit there were a few things that made me scratch my head. For example the lack of traditional plugs in tge bathroom or really anywhere. I have a fast charger for my phone but it doesn't have a USB port its a c port on both ends. My toothbrush is electric and there was no where to plug in the bathroom or a hair dryer. I had to search for a regular plug. Another thing was the cover on the bed, it was super thin barely provided any warmth. Overall the room was clean and comfortable and functional but it was just ok.

Great place, great location, very clean
Room was spotless when we got there, lobby was clean and looks great. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, along with the Valet staff. Would have been nice to have a larger selection of TV channels but didn’t matter too much since we only watched it when we were going to bed. Very happy with the location, being only a VERY short walk to Capital One Arena. If you’re going to a Caps/ Wizards game, stay here. CVS close by to pick up things you need.
