As someone who drives an SUV into the garage every day, I understand how it can be difficult. I advise anyone reading to go up to the top level as there are generally more spaces available, and it is easier to park. The middle level, which leads into the hotel, is the most congested parking level. I'd like to apologize that the cleanliness of the suite was not up to your (or our) standard.
