  • Welcome to Washington, DC, and welcome to our lovely neighborhood. Here you'll find trees & green space with restaurants & shops just two blocks away. Enjoy a cup of Joe before heading out, and relax after a day downtown. This clean, modern flat features a spacious living room, spacious separate bedroom, super comfy king bed and two comfy bunk beds in the bedroom, perfect for a small group of guests. There is also a large sofa in the living room that sleeps like two twin beds for plenty of sleeping options. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like streaming TV, kitchenette, programmable thermostat, and WiFi. There is also a separate dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchenette offers a sink, microwave, single burner for cooking, Keurig & pods and all of the essential dishware, utensils and cookware. There is always ample street parking on the same block of the house. A free visitor parking pass is provided. The property backs up to lovely Rock Creek Park and is two short blocks to dining and shops. The neighborhood is quiet, green and the perfect mix of urban and residential. Fall in love with Washington and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Absolutely incredible beautiful property and very great communication with the host. The area felt very safe to walk lots of transport options. We really love the coffee pods that were available. That mattress was probably the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I'm seriously going to buy one now that I'm home. I truly cannot say enough good things.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was comfortable and convenient. Check in and check out were easy with great host communication, the bed is comfortable and my kids reported the bunk beds were also very comfortable. Great couch for curling up and watching a movie. The apartment is nicely appointed and feels cozy, it's close to some nice shops, a CVS, and a few bus lines. Parking was easy. All of this made for a great stay!

The Den was such a perfect spot and Tianni is a wonderful host. The bed was extremely comfortable and the teens said the pull out beds were great too. Parking was readily available and close by. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

We had a great stay at The Den. The apartment is clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for us. A short walk to Connecticut or weekend parking straight in front of the house. Tianni was very welcoming with great communication and was a wealth of knowledge on the neighborhood. Thanks!

Simply Perfect

The location for the Den was stunning. We felt safe and close to the attractions we wanted to see. Our hosts were responsive and left all the information we could think of for the area. It is definitely a place we will return to on our next trip to DC

Great location! Clean and comfortable Den

Great location near many small restaurants and stores walking distance. Only 10-15 min away from National Mall. Very comfortable and clean. Also many movie channels on TV to keep everyone entertained. Host was very helpful and would respond right away. Would definitely stay there again!

My Stay

I was looking for a place to stay in and relax for a few days and this was the perfect place. Extremely cozy in a beautiful neighborhood. Many restaurants less than a five minute walk away, including a very good bagel shop. Parking was free and there were many spots. Great communication and no issues. Very high quality sheets and towels. 5/5. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay!! It was perfect for myself, husband, and teen daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. Loved the renovations and it had everything we needed. Enjoyed seeing the bunny in the yard and fireflies in the evening. Walked to Comet Ping Pong twice to eat. Also the bagel shop in the morning for breakfast. Explored the city daily. We took two tours, saw monuments, went to a few museums and the zoo. We had an excellent time overall and would highly recommend! Thank you!

We rented this property for family members visiting DC. It was wonderful and the location was perfect. We live out of town and go to DC often. We will rent this place again for us. It was a real find and a winner. The host, Tianni, could not have been more helpful. She was great!!! It was a plus, plus experience for our guests and for us.

Our quick weekend trip in to Washington DC was great! The location of the house was perfect for site seeing and wasn't in an overly congested area. The beds were comfy and the house was nicely decorated. This was the only place we stayed at on the 11 day family vacation that someone didn't have some sort of complaint. I would definitely stay here for a later, longer stay in DC.

This Vrbo was excellent. It was in a great location with lots of restaurants near by.The only drawback was that it said there was onsite parking but there was only street parking. We were able to park on a side street directly across from where we were staying but it was still a bit of a hassle. Overall it was great and we would absolutely stay again, and will be recommending it to family when they go down!
