This brand-new cottage features gorgeous furnishings, new appliances, and a restful vacation vibe. Split into two levels, the main floor offers a modern open space, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for four, and a breakfast nook seating six. The living area has a wrap-around couch and flat-screen Smart TV with basic channels and streaming. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen Smart TV, and private bathroom. Outside, enjoy the patio with two seating areas and a gas grill.
Upstairs has two large bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other sleeps 8 with 2 queen bunk beds (4 queens total), plus a foosball table and stand-up arcade! Four bikes are available in the garage.

Located in Washington City, Alaia offers varied villages from quaint cottages to 8-bedroom villas. The 7-acre amenity area includes a Farmhouse Welcome Center, lap pool, lazy river, splash pad, and 18-hole mini golf.
It's 45 minutes south of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to downtown St. George, and close to St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Warner Valley ATV trails, and hiking spots.

Great Place
We had a great time staying at the Landing. The house was clean and it had all the amenities our group needed (6 adults and 4 kids) and we had plenty of room. The pool area was a hit— we would love to stay again when it’s warmer and all the pools are heated (in winter there’s only one + hot tub). There are also restaurants and grocery stores nearby so we didn’t have to drive far for what we needed.

Great house to stay in
Nice new development and close to St. George. Can hear the cars driving by all night outside, even with a noisemaker and ear plugs. I would definitely stay here again. Bunk room was great with lots of beds and space.

Beautiful and clean…pleasantville
This house was so nice and clean and had everything we needed (well, except for the wine opener).
Having the extra space in the garage for the dirt bikes was so convenient and the pool was great. The mini golf was fun but so challenging. We had some good laughs. Can’t wait to comeback.
