- Private basement studio with a king bed, dedicated workspace, and free onsite parking. Sleeps up to 3 (king bed + sleeper sofa) with a separate entrance and full privacy (we live upstairs).
Under a 10 minute walk (4 blocks) to Ballston Metro, with a quick commute into DC (5 stops, under 15 minutes). Walkable to Ballston Quarter dining, coffee, and bars.
Simple, clean, and convenient - a comfortable base for work or exploring DC and Arlington.
