Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.

Great location

Location was good. Property was very clean and appointed well. I hate to say anything negative but would like to have known this ahead of time. The mattress was very very soft so I ended up sleeping on the couch, The couch was very hard.

Adorable but toasty

The unit was clean and super cute. The location was excellent. The only problem was that the a/c was not working and after several requests to property manager there was no success in getting it fixed. We did not sleep well because of the temperature, but really loved the unit.

Clean, cute, and cozy

Overall, a really comfortable stay in an apartment that is accurate to the listing. A few pluses included additional amenities, access to washer and dryer, nearby metro station, and a very clean unit.
