"It is a place to sleep not a hotel. It is overpriced and its an old place, the foom has wall mounted AC looks like pics on 70’s. Water was cold. The room door is sliding glass to see the dry swimming pool with curtains. I just stayed one night."

Ian and Sarah were very easy to communicate and understood our situation when we wanted to move our stay to a week earlier and also helped in adjusting our pricing. "I never received a message from the hotel how to check in or enter the building as it was a self check in system. I called and their response was we sent you multiple texts to enter CC information, which I never did. Even on the phone I wasn’t receiving anything while standing outside in the cold. Not sure why this happened but it was unfortunate and I didn’t end up staying. Only until I was 30 minutes on my way home I got the message. They need to do a better follow up for guests so this doesn’t happen again. "
