"The check in was a mess. The staff member totally erased all info on reservation by accident. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes to solve.
Also the carpet in hallway was disgusting. Especially in front of our room door. We were just checking in.
The room was clean except some minor details.
Hotel was quiet and I slept well."
"Place was a dump! Definitely not worth the hundreds a night it was!
The egg patties were hard, the gym is a storage unit and was unavailable. The room was dirty feeling. Got the suite with the room spa and the spa tub was gross! I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean it myself and that didn’t even help much just made me feel a tiny bit better knowing I cleaned it!
There were young adult friends of the worker hanging out in the front lobby being loud! Maybe they lived there? The hall outside our room smelled like a cat box!"
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greenville/University Medic
2/10 Terrible
"The hotel looks like it need to be cleaned upon walking in. The staff at the desk was loud and talking using slang. The elevator had a strange and funky smell. My 1st room was ok however it was dusty and moldy. The 2nd room the toliet wasn't cleaned. I woke up to a leaky ceiling and water all over the floor in the bathroom water getting in my hair on my clothes. I was upset. I have trying to rest the manager for 2 weeks without any help"
