And when we arrived, it there was issue with the water not working in it and several other issues . I tryed to call them and got no answer and said they would try to get maintenance but we never heard anything back and we told them about all the issues, and I was told I should have contacted them but I tryed and they wouldn’t answer.. "I had rented the stargaze tent when I got there the tent was not ready, and I was told that they were not even supposed to rent those at that time. I had to stand outside for over an hour while I waited for them to find me a different cabin. Finally, they did. The cleaning lady said they had double booked everything, but she took care of me and put me in a different cabin and then I had a nice experience for the rest of my stay."
