"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

"Had a bite mark on my hand when I woke up and that freaked me out. Check in clerk was rude. The check out clerk was older and soooooo nice, helpful, and did not ignore us and make us seem as if we were interrupting her. She deserves a 10 out vid ten. This place was an accidental booking, but it was very peaceful and quiet."
