There was no iron nor ironing board in. the room. Took two days to get them. The 'maid' came in long enough each day to reset the thermostat down to 70 but never emptied the trash and did not replace the cups or complimentary coffee packets.

Very nice staff. Very close to downtown and sites.less than 4 miles. Downside was AC was set to go no lower than 68 degrees. All restaurants charge a delivery fee and min charge and min delivery time is an hour.

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He was always polite and answered my questions. Housekeeper we saw on Sat. morning was also very nice. There was no freezer in the 'frig, no separate door to the toilet area (bummer when both people trying to get ready for the day), and no shelves in the bathroom. Otherwise was pretty good value for the money.

Only issue I had was that the street this facility is VERY busy and it can be difficult to access the parking lot getting in and getting out. But that's just "head's up" advice. It wouldn't keep me from staying there again

The plus is that it is walking distance from Target. Not too far from downtown. The accommodations need some work. There were roaches in the hallway. My room had no toilet paper. The shower was dirty, had no shower head and the drain was clogged (i was standing in water). The bed sheets had stains.
