"The Emery Autograph hotel is a beautiful and artistic property with a great vibe, and everyone that I met on staff is consistently welcoming, respectful and professional! There were little things like some water damage on the wall by the shower that was in need of repair, and in my particular room, the WiFi was never working properly (even after the hotel tech came up and did some trouble shooting) so I had to either use my phone as a hotspot or head downstairs to the cafe for unfettered Wifi (I had a zoom board meeting on Monday morning that I needed a strong signal, and the cafe worked fine for that). The food in both their Spyhouse Coffee cafe and their Giulia Italian restaurant were delicious as well! I highly recommend staying there or at least grabbing dinner, and I am looking forward to returning the next time I'm in Minneapolis!"

"General Manager, Mike, was super helpful during our check-in and was able to straighten out a booking complication. He was welcoming and friendly and incredibly cutomer-focused. We really appreciated his help and attention. The only drawback of our stay was that we had asked for housekeeping and they didn't show up. When we asked for towels and coffee they were delivered to the room (we were out) and just dropped in the room - trash wasn't taken out and old towels were not removed. Other than that our stay was fine. The location of the hotel is in a very walkable part of town."
