This is strictly a NO-SMOKING Property.

The guests get complete privacy in this very spacious basement apartment with lots of natural light! This is a separate walk-in basement apartment, in a 1 family house (owner occupied upstairs) with an independent entrance at the back of the house, a few steps to the entrance of the house from the gate. One bedroom (king size bed), a full eat-in kitchen, full bathroom, living room, tree lined backyard. In the backyard - a heated above ground 33 feet pool and fire pit at your disposal. The bedroom is set up for guest use only and the apartment is not shared or semi-occupied whilst in use by guests. The backyard/pool area backs up to trees with a fenced in backyard. The property is on almost 2.5 acres.

Approximately 54 miles from NYC, in the beautiful Hudson Valley - Warwick, NY where you can indulge in rolling hills, farms, orchards (popular for apple picking season!), wineries, cute shops on Main Street, bowling alley, drive-In movie theater, golf courses, Frisbee golf course, hiking on the Appalachian Trail, farmers' market and so much more! Here you will also find Bellvale Farms Creamery with the finest homemade ice cream (Trip Advisor ranks Bellvale Creamery #2 among Top 10 Ice Cream Parlor’s in the United States!) (and amaaaazing views!)! Additionally, Wawayanda State Park with a beachfront where you can rent boats and canoes is only a short drive away. Only 15 mins to Mount Peter Ski Area and Mountain Creek Water Park and Ski Mountain, for your skiing, tubing. snowboarding and snowshoeing activities.
