"The room (family room) was fantastic, no shoddy sofa bed but a proper robust fold down bed. Everything felt new and clean, great view of the cathedral. Lovely breakfast and fantastic staff. Couldn’t fault it, especially for the price. It is a bit of a walk into the centre but even with kids it went fairly quickly and the reception is happy to recommend places to eat. Parking might have been an issue for us as our car was too tall for the underground parking nearby but thankfully we got on street parking round the back."

"Very comfy bed, and spotless linen; very friendly hotel manager and simple but delicious breakfast. Extremely convenient location. My lock was very stiff, and I had some pretty noisy neighbours (the walls are thin), including some who seem to have (judging by the smell) defied the rules (there was a 100 euro fine for smoking) and smoked all night. Worthwhile for the (cheap) price I paid, but others may find the thin walls and lack of toilet facility within the room (you had to go down a flight of stairs to the self-contained toilet, which didn't have a sink) offputting."
