Carpet in our room had a large stain by the table. Coffee maker was nasty dirty and would not of used due to this. Front desk clerk at check in was too busy on her phone to answer questions regarding food or beverages. Customer service was just awful.

We stayed as it was close to The Ark Encounter. It was perfect for our family. We cooked breakfast, went out for the day. Came back for dinner. Started a campfire, went for a walk, came back to cook dinner and s'mores. It was a wonderful time!
