"The upkeep of the hotel was not great. My oblong toilet had a round seat. The bathroom in the lobby was out service due to no lock on the door. The cushions on the sofa bed were covered in pet hair. The bathtub was stained and did not drain well at all. Was in ankle deep water when showering."

"We pulled up and were disappointed in how poorly maintained the outside looked. Lobby was dark. We did not even check in and when I called hotels.com to share our experience, our agent couldn’t even get them to answer the phone. I don’t mind simple and cheap. This was something different."
