The Chateaux on Winona Lake

This luxurious home has everything you need for a memorable stay. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an action-packed getaway, this property is the perfect choice. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from shopping and dining. Take in the gorgeous panoramic lake views from every room. Winona Lake pier access and parking for one water craft is included with the property. Bring your boat or rent one and enjoy everything this all-sport lake has to offer.

The living area features a large sectional and 70' TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and dining, including a large dining table that can seat up to 6 guests and 6 more around the island. Additionally, the front portico allows for relaxing or additional dining space with seating for 6 at the dining table. The main level also includes a full bath with walk in shower.

A pull-out queen sofa in the back room provides extra sleeping for 2 guests. This room includes a door for added privacy, a 55 inch TV as well as a desk and office chair if working is required during the stay.

The second level incudes the Master bedroom with a King bed, 55 inch TV and attached bath with walk in shower and closet. The Master bedroom also includes a second story balcony with Adirondack chairs and a table for added relaxation.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed. Bedroom #3 includes 1 full bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom across the hall.

The second level also includes a terrace balcony with panoramic lake views making for a perfect place to enjoy coffee or an ice cold beverage.

The house comes with pier access. Also included with the property are 3 bikes (a trike with basket, Electra beach cruiser with handlebar basket & a Bianchi medium frame touring) and a paddleboard with paddle. Winona Lake is an All-Sport lake perfect for jet skis, kayaking, fishing, taking a leisurely boat ride, or testing your ski, wakeboarding, and wake surfing skills.

One of a kind location!! House and lake views are the best!!

So many bests this house has--it's hard to pick a favorite!! Lake views, stunning newly remodeled house, safe and easy location...are just a few to highlight. The booking, check-in and check-out was so easy--host was friendly and great communication.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood with nice views of the lake. The house was well stocked with everything you need. Crystal was prompt responding to texts and easy to communicate with. We had a great time!

Lake House Oasis

Kitchen was fully supplied with everything needed for a family dinner. Utilized the spacious island for meals as well as the outdoor table under the covered patio. Luxury bedding and towels. Enjoyed pier access, riding bikes and using paddleboard provided. Definitely will return for another stay.

Perfect Location with Everything Needed

This was a perfect spot to spend a few days at Winona Lake! The house was very comfortable and was stocked well with kitchen items and had a nice offering for outdoor recreation. We enjoyed the unobstructed view of the lake from the deck and front patio. The hosts was very responsive and helpful! I would stay again for a future visit to Warsaw.

Ideal lake house for a relaxing week

We’ve visited 50+ countries and 49 states, & this is the best house we have ever rented. The roomy open floor plan is even more awesome than the VRBO pictures. We sat outside overlooking the lake from both the large covered patio and the rooftop sitting area. Everything seemed brand new inside. Great bedrooms with excellent mattresses/and we didn’t hear any noise at night. Appliances & grill in perfect condition. We used the bikes to get to the village center and local restaurants in less than 15 minutes. We rented a pontoon boat & found the private dock to be very easy to both park and launch from. And the house sitting just outside the main part of the lake meant we didn’t really hear any boat traffic. Although we had the boat, we also caught good size fish (largest was 5 pounds) right off the dock. A couple of deer feeding just behind the backyard were the neighborhood greeting committee. The third weekend in May means annual bike races, which meant lots of local food & beverages to taste near the village central park and some exciting racing to watch. The village cafe, wine tasting shop, small shops, and restaurant on the lake are must see. The extremely courteous hosts answered every text within minutes. The perfect getaway

Everything was perfect and exactly what we needed for our daughter's wedding weekend. Having this awesome property as our home away from home made it easier to focus on other important tasks. We will certainly be back when we are in the area visiting our daughter and new son-in-love!
