Half term break

Great communication with staff, they're excellent and helpful. Superb location, right in the city centre. Comfortable, cosy and extremely warm apartment. Upon my arrival the apartment wasn't cleaned and I have been offered alternative accommodation for the first night. Cleaners could do a bit better job.
