Great overall!
Just stayed for 1 night because we wanted to be close to the airport (Modlin). Staff were very friendly and helpful, large room, comfortable bed and dinner was beautiful! The gardens outside are lovely also. I would defiantly stay here again, looks like it would be lovely for a wedding party A+

Bring your receipts or you might double pay.
It was a very uncomfortable night. The AC didn't work in our room no matter what we tried and the bed itself wasn't comfortable so I really didn't sleep well. Super stingy on towels as well. We didn't have a hand towel or one for our child so there was a lot of sharing. This was after they tried to get us to pay a second time. They claimed we hadn't yet paid or that the credit card didn't work. Luckily I had proof that I prepaid and that it was taken out of my credit card. They handed me a piece of paper and said no, and I just kept insisting and told them to take it up with hotels.com. They finally agreed that we were all set. Not a great first impression. Also, don't eat there, the dinner was the worst of our trip even though it was the most expensive. Dessert was tasty though. I also really liked the location for an early flight.

Modlin is in need of a revamp
My girlfriend and I decided to stay at the hotel because it was close to the airport as we were flying to Italy the next day, upon arrival at the reception desk the staff weren't really friendly, the rooms that we stayed in was spacious and clean, the gardens surrounding the hotel was also spacious and well kept. However the area surrounding "Royal Hotel" was atrocious, it's setting is in a pretty bad part of the city and I can say that we didn't really feel safe living there, however it was only for a night and we won't be visiting again.

It is a very old building very stylish and has protected status. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Beautiful surroundings. Reccomend visitors take mosquito spray cue to its location between 2 rivers.

Everything was great with one exception as an American traveller I had all my Converters I needed to charge my phone and camera but this particular Hotel did not have outlets to match and hotel was not able to accommodate

Hotel was sited in a old house, so no elevator in it, lucly our room was only at first floor and we hadn't heavy luggages.
Rooms were not soundproofed so in the eveining we heard all people talking in the corridor.
Our plane arrived at midnight and one day before our arrival I asked for the shuttle service, they answered me "take a taxi, the cost is same".
In the morning we checked for having breakfast, but it wasn't international, we couldn't find a croissant or anything sweet to eat, and we wre not used to salty breafast, so we had to find another place to have breakfast.
In the room we found the first night just big 2 towels and one rug (it was broken on one side), se second day, after the room service we didn't find the rug any more but just 2 big and one medium towels; both days the towels were very old and evidentely they were used a lot (they lost all softness, they looked like sandpaper), maybe we could have asked for more towels but first of all the first night we arrived about 1 am and second night we were quite tired about one day of business and we decided to use just supplied towels.
About the beds, I have to say that the sheets of my bed were shorter than the bed itself: under the pillow irst 20 cm of the bed weren't covered by the sheets, I had to redo my bed and bring the sheet at least to cover all the mattress,
Last, the room cleaning was very poor, they just put the blankets on the sheets without even tidying up below sheets nor the pajama.

Hôtel loin de tout, petit déjeuner décevant !!!! Rien à voir avec les photos, pas de café ...machine en panne ???? A notre question peut on avoir un café pour le petit déjeuner ... oui il y a de l’eau chaude et des sachets ?? Notre salle de bain n'était pas très propre ??

Hotel near airport
An adequate hotel near Warsaw Modlin airport chosen as we had an early flight and didn't want to trek out from Warsaw centre. However it is in an isolated location so need to take a taxi to get there. Facilities are limited and on the evening we were there the restaurant menu was also limited with several items unavailable. Room was adequate bed was too soft and getting extra pillows took some negotiating.
Perfectly good hotel for a night's stay, and very close to the airport but not noisy.

NON HO MAI AVUTO UN'ESPERIENZA SIMILE
Siamo arrivati all'una di notte e ci è stato detto che la camera che avevo prenotato un mese prima era stata data via e ci avevano prenotato un altro albergo, dove la camera era un orribile abbaino sottotetto con i lucernai proprio sopra il letto che non si potevano oscurare.
Hanno detto che mi avevano avvisato per con una email CHE IO NON HO MAI RICEVUTO.
