This Inn was very secluded and quiet, within walking distance to a Walmart. The building was older but very nice and clean.The staff was very helpful and sweet! Breakfast was simple and fulfilling!! We would stay again!

Just a short stay, but hotel is very nice. Staff was very friendly on check in. Lobby very well kept and very professional looking. Slept really well in the room after a long day. Normally I have a tough time sleeping in a hotel, but the beds were comfortable and the room as well. I fell straight a sleep. Will definitely be back here next year when we do the show in Kewanna next year.

When we walked into the hotel it was dark, slightly musty, and obviously older. We were given our room and when we opened the door it smelled absolutely horrible! It was more than just a musty smell but a real stink. There was mold in the bathroom, and the door handle had obviously been "repaired" but not finished well. We went back to the receptionist and asked for a different room. She was kind and gave us another. That room was cleaner - no smell and no mold but when we turned on the air conditioning unit it sounded like a freight train. We asked for yet a 3rd room, though we were extremely frustrated and tired of all this switching around. In the 3rd room it seemed cleaner and the air conditioning worked well, but we happened to pull back the covers on the bed. There were marks on the sheets but we couldn't tell if it was dirt/stain or shadow. For that reason we lifted the sheet to see it at a better angle only to discover the mattress pad under the sheet was grossly stained. We ended up leaving, frustrated and did not stay the night. 3 rooms and all 3 had some element or other that was most unsatisfactory / dirty.

Would stay Here again.

C Heck in took longer than expected. But front desk person was helpful and courteous. Room was good. Beds very very comfortable. Softest sheets and great pillows. Bathrooms could use a little attention. Clean but could use some paint and a new shower curtain. It was stained with something pink. Shower curtain rod rusty as well. However floors, carpet, counters and sinks looked newer and were nice.

needs some updating since we were there 2 years ag

it is really dark around this hotel at night. we had stayed here 2 years ago so we booked it again. the hallways on the first floor smelled bad and the door frames to all the doors needed repainting. the shower stall in our bathroom needed to be updated but the countertop looked new. the beds were comfortable and clean.

A quiet, clean room would have been adequate. The location was quiet and away from the main road. The staff was friendly even though sometimes there was no one around for extended times. We will not go back for two issues. One, my husband made the bed and found the comforter (hidden by a coverlet) so gross that it was a deal breaker. There was visible dirt around the edges of the room, which is unsightly but not that bad, but the comforter was too much. Two, there was a lot of overgrown plants and grass around the property. Again, unsightly, but the real problem was that one day a stray dog, which must live in the overgrown bushes, emerged into the parking lot. We never saw it again, but it was unnerving.

Charged $10 for each hour to check in early when there were clearly dozens of rooms available to check into. Then the TV didn't work, then the blow dryer about blew up and electrocuted me. Room was clean enough, though towels were old/discolored. Will not stay there again.

The orange juice machine did not have true orange juice. it was more like an orange aid thing. the larger waffle maker was an operative. another guest thought it was unplugged. the front desk was helpful even though I think the lady was trying to cover two properties. the gras was overgrown neither this quality inn nor the adjacent 8

This Quality Inn did not have our stay in their computer. We had made the reservation several weeks before via Expedia and had a reservation number to prove it. She had us call Expedia to verify that- which they did. So we spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia- being transferred to other people who could perhaps help us. Expedia didn’t understand why the hotel didn’t have our reservation. Also, there was another couple there whose reservation that hotel did not have either.They had booked via Choice hotels. So they spent almost an hour on the phone with Choice hotels. So it ended up we both had to cancel our reservations through Expedia and Choice and just book at the desk with this quality Inn. Luckily Expedia refunded our money. The next day we learned via Choice hotels that this particular hotel, badly needed Internet, upgrades, etc., and had not gotten them. This was causing a lot of problems. Also, the rooms were pretty clean, but the towels and washcloths were dingy and gray, not to mention thin. I hope to never stay here again. There are very few choices in this particular area.
