"I last stayed at the hotel two years ago, and it has since been renovated. I really like the new design. They have also changed the bathroom amenities and switched from the range that used to be typical for this hotel chain to Rituals. Unfortunately, I did not like the scent of the soap. My first impression of the fragrance was beautiful, but after a while I started to notice a tea note that, in my opinion, softened the whole scent too much. I actually find it a pity that the hotel did not choose the Italian brand NEFÉL, which I believe would suit the hotel much better and would also complement the interior more naturally."

"Nice but slightly "age-jaded" hotel situated on tramline to centre of town. The rooms could do need a refurbishment but they are large & clean. We had a reasonable stay for price we paid."

"This place was perfect! The location was excellent—just a few blocks from Old Town. The hotel is beautiful, with a stunning rooftop and a café with a relaxing outdoor patio. The rooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything looked just like the photos! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and you truly can’t beat the price for what you get. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Warsaw!"

"Our room was great! Very quiet. We particularly liked sitting in front of the hotel at Lanes when it was nice weather and the prom was crowded. Breakfast was very good, This hotel is well situated for exploring the city on foot."
