The 73 m² apartment is prepared for 6 people. The living room with a kitchenette is the heart of the apartment, with a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch Smart TV. There are two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with a sofa bed and a work desk. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, provide comfort for the whole group. From the living room you will exit to the balcony, perfect for your morning coffee.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a quiet, green part of Warsaw's Bródno. Only 550 meters separates you from the Kondratowicza subway station, making it easy to get to the center quickly. In 5 minutes you will reach Bródno Park, which offers numerous walking paths and recreational areas. In the neighborhood, within walking distance, you will also find a children's playground, stores and service outlets.
