Maybe I missed it, but when looking at the description of the hotel I don't remember reading that it's 300 meters down the block in a different building. You don't seem to find that out until you've already booked. Fine, so I get the email telling me the address of reception, where I show up. They don't tell you reception is hidden in some apartment complex (which button do I hit to get the door open? Just push a few...) and is up *five* flights of stairs. So to check in, you drag your luggage up 5 floors, then down 5 floors, then up another 5 floors to your actual room in a different building (no elevators).
This would all be acceptable if they told you before you book, but it's quite a bait-and-switch.
There was also a long line at reception, so the whole process took over an hour.
