The Space:

This 79 m² apartment is situated on the 4th floor and has been designed to accommodate groups of up to eight people. At the heart of the apartment is a spacious living room combined with a functionally equipped kitchen, which is ideal for shared meals. Three separate bedrooms ensure privacy and peace and quiet after an active day. The two separate bathrooms are a great convenience – getting ready in the morning is a breeze thanks to the choice between a bath and a shower. You’ll particularly appreciate the air conditioning during summer breaks, when you return to a pleasantly cool interior. The convenient layout of the rooms means that everyone will find a comfortable space for themselves here.



The Neighborhood:

Warsaw’s Ursynów is a green and functional district with excellent infrastructure. It takes just 5 minutes to walk to the extensive John Paul II Park, offering a great opportunity to relax surrounded by nature. There is also a metro station right next to the building, allowing you to reach the city’s main attractions in just over ten minutes. The quiet neighbourhood, combined with easy access to public transport, guarantees great convenience on every journey.

There are bus stops and a metro station near the apartment, making it easy to get around the area.
