This fully equipped apartment is suitable for 5 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends! It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The highest comfort of your stay is guaranteed by the functional design and modern amenities. These include a free Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV with SmartTV, and an extensive range of kitchen and bathroom appliances. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary devices, such as a dishwasher, an oven, and an induction hob, as well as some additional amenities (juicer, steam cooker, blender), which will enable you to prepare your favorite meals! Both bedrooms offer desks with chairs – they’re ideal for remote work. The apartment also has a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee with a beautiful view of the nearby park.

The Neighborhood:

This beautifully furnished two-bedroom apartment is situated in Warsaw at the Wolska Street, just 4 km from the Palace of Culture and Science. The fast-developing Wola district can fulfill all your daily needs thanks to numerous retail and catering points in the neighborhood. The closest supermarkets (Żabka, Groszek) are only 400 m away! The location is great – it offers many atmospheric restaurants and cozy cafes, as well as two big parks, which are right around the corner. Some of the most popular Warsaw spots in the area include Pub Adres, which is only 66 m away from the apartment, Sushi Kado (400 m), and Restauracja First Floor (450 m). The nearest park (Park Edwarda Szymańskiego) is just 50 m from the accommodation – you can even see it from the windows. It’s an ideal place for a morning jog or an evening walk in nature! The park also offers a skate area, an outdoor gym, and beautiful fountains! If you’re visiting during summer and travelling with kids, you should definitely visit a water park Moczydło, which is just 1 km away. The area also has great access to other districts of Warsaw: there are multiple bus and tram stops in the neighborhood. You can reach the city center in around 25 minutes. Additionally, the accommodation is located very close to the train station Warszawa Wola – guests travelling by train can reach the apartment in less than 10 min on foot.
