"The dinner menu was a limited, but the buffet breakfast was outstanding. The hot springs was the best I have experienced. It was very soothing on tired muscles and sore back. Paying the extra $10 for private parking was worth it as it meant no worrying or hunting for a place to park. The staff were very kind and helpful as my wife had broken both her hands on the trip. They helped make it easier for us. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to experience the hospitality and amenities offered."

"Very standard motel accommodation. The inside of our room stunk like strong cleaning supplies when we arrived. The bathroom had definitely seen better days. Can tell that it had recently been painted but very dodgy job. Paint splatters everywhere. The whole place could use an upgrade and better cleaning. The bed was very comfy and the room was large. Don't bother with the pool as its freezing and the spa was non existent. Very central to the mall tho which we loved. "

"Very close to town centre, but rooms very dated, car parks are terrible. And cant smoke outside in court yard, have to go down two flights of stairs and out the front of property."

"Everything was fine and as advertised. Arrived late but still welcomed. Did not use any other immenities as we arrived late and left early. Good value "

"Loved the layout. We were in one of the rooms separate from the main property. Loved the location and room. Would suggest they get a mini split for the bedroom as it is very stuffy and the mini split in the front room does not reach into the bedroom. The food at the restaurant is very good."

"Staff were very friendly. Pool was great. The motel was very clean. Our only hiccup was a slug in the bedroom that scared my 11 year old but I find that whenever we stay in this style of accommodation that there are always some creepy crawlies"
