The home is beautiful !

The house has been remodeled very well on the inside and outside. There are plenty of bedrooms, nice living room and kitchen set up with plenty of room at a dining room table. Could use another bedroom, but can’t complain about that!

Great 5 bedroom downtown

This vintage 5 bedroom home situated downtown Warrensburg, walking distance from dining, pubs and shopping. Nice antique store on Pine street. House was cozy and comfortable for 11 adults and children. The hosts ensured we had everything we needed. Booked again for later in year.

We stayed several nights and added one night at the last minute. Everything was extremely easy, exactly what we expected or better. Roomy. Comfortable beds. If we are in the area would stay here again. Owners contacted us to make sure we arrived and so we could have their direct number.

The home was very thoughtfully appointed and well maintained. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets, games for family time, and a great coffee set up for mornings. The owner, who was very professional and responsive, left a welcome "treat" which was very thoughtful and appreciated (as well as delicious!). My family and I will definitely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend this property to others.

relaxing unwind

The check in was flawless. Clean bright kitchen. Spacious bedrooms. Nice to have a bedroom and bathroom on ground floor for the old folks. Kids liked being able to watch tv and eat without disturbing others. One lamp was missing in a bedroom, was suppose to be replaced during our stay but didn't show up. Location close to fuel and food, Casey's on the corner, Insomniac Cookies, Donuts, fast food places. Thankful for parking off the street. Large Police presence in middle of night across the street added some excitement as not something we see in rural Nebraska. Enjoyed our stay.

When in Warrensburg skip the hotelps

We had a marvelous time at this Warrensburg house. The restoration has beatitfully turned the Midwest traditional to a comfortable place for a family get together. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we necessitated and a few special touchs. The large, vintage wood bedroom furniture, comfortable mattresses, generous bedding, and just right decor made "the bad room" nonexistent. The small windows let in much more daylight than expected. Between the two big comfy couches and the dining chairs, we enjoyed gathering, giggling, and reminiscing. The coded lock made it easy to come and go from walks to the old downtown or one house away to the convenience store. We've stayed at hotels in the past but won't in future if this place is available. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Charming home in a small town

We were a group of 5 moms and their daughters, visiting Sedalia MO for a Cheer Competition. Our competition was extended and hotels were booked so we opted for a Vrbo. This was my first experience booking one so I was nervous. The owners alleviated all my stress with lots of communication before and through our stay. They went above and beyond with snacks and left a treat for our girls and a good luck note before the comp. The home was clean and exactly as listed. The neighborhood was quiet and near a convenience store and fast food which was a blessing when arriving at 11pm from hours away. This home is charming with amazing owners. We definitely recommend and look forward to staying again next year.
