"Property was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed for our 2 day stay. Check-in process was seamless and house manager was very responsive. Location was close to Cherry Beach and a short drive to Union Pier and New Buffalo where we found some nice restaurants. We had a great stay!"

"The house was awesome and having a split gust house by the pool was also great. The pool is the best designed pool we've seen with an extended area for young kids to play in thats very shallow, and plenty of room where it goes deeper as well. It's run by Third Coast Vacations who were very responsive, albeit not flexible whatsoever in any late checkout requests, without even providing a valid reason such as another group renting the house that night which would've been understandable (vrbo showed it wasnt being rented that night). We would stay here again as the house and yard were great size."

"The home is in a great location for walking to coffee in the morning and to various restaurants. It is also close to various towns and beaches we like to visit. The home is cute, well-decorated, and has a great layout. We’d stay here again without hesitation. Note: Checking in was bumpy. Wrong lockbox location and code provided. We called and spoke with Lisa. She was quick to apologize and provide the correct lockbox location and code. All went well after that. The checkout instructions are also conflicting between what's online and what’s typed out in the house as far as key placement. I brought this to Evolve’s attention."
