Located in East Warren, this house is 2.2 miles from Warren's Blueberry Lake which is a recreation hub for swimming, boating, and biking in the summer time. Also, near by are the Mad River Valley's best hiking trails and farm to table grocery stores.
Aside from the prime location, this renovated home has three bedrooms, two baths, a modern kitchen, open living room, and dining space. One bedroom with full bathroom is located downstairs with two bedrooms, a TV nook, and a second full bathroom located upstairs. The space is comfy to the 10th degree.
The tranquility of this house lends itself to lazy afternoons sipping iced tea, reading books, and unwinding. The open living area opens up to a generous deck and private yard as the house is located on a dead end dirt road.
The fireplace is not available for guests.
