"Booked a room for family of 6, upon arrival we got a room with 2 queens. 2 had to sleep on the floor and chair. Found roaches, and big stains in the carpet. Tap was very loose, almost came off. Toilet paper roll doesnt fit its fixture. Missing light bulbs from lamps, and proken power cables. Tv did not work and remote had no batteries Check in lady was un professional, rude. She said shes the manager but didnt seem like it as she was cleaning rooms the next morning snd terrible customer service....
