"I personally would not stay here again. My shower was not hot, everyone was forced to evacuate the hotel for hours to stand in the cold for hours. I was wearing short cleaves open toed shoes no wallet no phone nothing. I had to take refuge at Hotel Leonardo just to try to get warm. I’d go there instead next time. The elevators take forever, the staff was nice and tried helping but there were too many problems. My TV had no remote batteries, I had to fight to get my free room upgrade as a VIO member… the laundry system was confusing and makes you pay a minimum of 29 euros on an app. I had a hard time at this place and can’t see myself coming back."

"It is a nice hotel with a lot of natural light. Our room was very big. The location is a very cool area. It is not possible to walk to the main tourists area. We took the train from ost which was less than 5 minutes to walk there. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and a grocery store close by. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't get any cleaning services or garbages emptied. That would be my only negative feedback."
